Letter dated 3Jan2022
Dear literally everyone since its been like almost a month since I wrote anyone!!! 😢😢😢,
These last several week have been WILD! I turned 20 years old, had my first Christmas in Georgia, had my first new years in Georgia, started 2022 which will be the year I'm a missionary the entire year (or a black out year if you want to use missionary lingo), and to top it all off I got Covid-19 last week (yay😔).
Since December 13 I have seen many miracles in the work particularly on the week of Christmas as we shared the Joy of the world with all and as we helped those in need. We talked with the lonely, helped the helpless, and loved the broken hearten it was truly an unforgettable Christmas. We were allowed to watch It's a Wonderful Life which was cool too.
For all the people who sent presents, messages, or wished me a happy birthday thank you so much!
Then suddenly, when the world was bright and shining and there was little to worry about and fear, covid reared its filthy head and shut our companionship up inside for the new year. So far quarantine has been alright. It has been a lot of sneezing, coughing, headaches, nausea, and drowsiness but I am beginning to recover and feel better! Hopefully I don't catch it again as I continue to do missionary work.
Love you all much and I hope this next week is a little more interesting!
Sincerely,
Elder Nicholas Nephi William Schindler
