Letter dated 29Nov2021

Dear friends, family, and generally speaking "yall", These last two weeks have been pretty crazy honestly due to Thanksgiving messages, awesome lessons, and good visits with members. I don't have a ton of time to write a big update so I will hit the main points. THANKSGIVING WAS SOOOOOO GOOD!!! Me and my companions were invited to a TON or houses for Thanksgiving and we ended up raking leaves, playing football, bringing uplifting messages, giving thanks, and having a bit of food. We ended up having 4 dinner assignments and I was pretty stuffed by the end of it. We generally have seen a ton of miracles in terms of visiting with members and the such. One family who has been active in the ward for a long time now actually invited us over for a weekly self defense course known as mmmma (Mormon missionary mixed martial arts) which has been really awesome to do! We also have had a ton of opportunities to teach more people in Spanish and helping less active members in both Chestatee Ward and Azalea Branch come back onto the covenant path. One of our investigators in particular has been able to have a ton of progress and growth spiritually and he was able to make it to church and plans to continue going. His name is Justo and he is a joy to meet and to learn with! On top of that we have been able to teach and reach out to others who have need a message of the restoration at that specific time... which is every time! Lastly, I'd like to share a scripture passage I love to share with my friends and my brother and sisters in the ward. John 1:6-10 One thing I love about these verses is we can change out the name John with our own names and the word light with the name Christ. I honestly feel blessed I was able to find this awesome verse while in my studies! Love and all lots and God bless us all in peace, love, joy, and hope! Elder Nicholas Nephi William Schindler
