Letter dated 13Dec2021

Dear friends, family, and unaffiliated, This week was pretty good, not because it was very eventful, but it was a nice week of visits and recovering from sickness. As I said in my last letter I got sick from a gas station burrito and a thing of Hamburger Helper which I thought I had over come this last Tuesday... till I threw up again on Wednesday morning. Anyways I have been super super sick this most of this week so I had to not eat everything members gave us which was sad but it was okay. Other than that we ended up finding some previously taught people who want to be currently taught people so that was awesome! We also met a few gentlemen looking for work outside of a trailer park and we taught them about the restoration and it was a humble experience for me to see my brothers receive our message so warmly even when their own situations were so difficult. So far this Christmas season I have felt so much joy and love from the members and the friends in my area. Sadly my companion Elder Gálvez will be leaving to another area, but Elder Bird and I will be getting a new companion named Elder Thomas. I will write about him in my next letter.
