Dear guys, This week was pretty great! The coolest thing I would say was that I got to go on exchanges with my previous companion Elder Huber! Elder Huber was one of my trainers and he is currently my zone leader so he wanted to spend a day teaching the gospel with me which was very fun being able to work with a previous companion again. Other than that we grew closer with the ward after spending time with the youth and generally just helping anyone we talked to and it was great. As I have been reflecting on General Conference, having soon Easter, and serving a mission I realize more fully that the Lord has my back and that he is always lifting me up whether I recognize it or not. Dear everyone This week was pretty awesome all things considered. We had an awesome zone conference, I got to go into the Portuguese area for exchanges, had general conferences, and genuinely had a great time of self reflection and setting goals for the future and my mission. Zone conference was pretty great since we talked a lot about the Plan of Salvation, solving problems, and keeping joy in the forefront of our ministry rather than having fun. Exchanges in the Portuguese were fun cuz I felt like I was new to the mission again since I understood every seventh word. Who knew languages other than Spanish and English were so hard to understand. Finally, General Conference was awesome! My favorite talk was given my Elder Patrick Kearon. It personally was very spiritually edifying to know the Lord is our defender and that he allows us to be part of his fold.
